Which Texas Tech transcript should you request?

Use the unofficial record in Raiderlink to check what has posted. If the recipient asks for an official transcript, choose the path for your student status and check whether the order should wait for grades or a degree.

Check the record before paying for an order

Current students can view the unofficial transcript in MyTech under Manage My Enrollment and Transcript. Check the record and verify which file or delivery method your recipient accepts.

The Registrar lists one $10 charge per standard official transcript at ordering, checked November 5, 2026. Undergraduate and graduate records are separate transcripts. Check the order total before paying.

Use the correct order path

Current undergraduate, graduate and veterinary students use TTU Transcript Request through Raiderlink. Former students and alumni use the Registrar’s Parchment link. Law and TTU Health Sciences Center records have their own order paths.

Hold the order for grades or a degree if needed

Select Hold for Grades or Hold for Degree when the order must include an in-progress term or a pending degree. The Registrar generally processes those holds about five business days after the grading deadline. Standard processing generally takes one to three business days.

Check the recipient’s deadline against that timing. First-semester orders release only after final grades are awarded.
