How to check final grades at Texas Tech
Use your own Raiderlink account to review posted grades or your unofficial transcript. If a final grade looks wrong, compare it with the course grading policy and start with the instructor.

Open your own academic record
In Raiderlink, choose MyTech, then Manage My Enrollment, Transcript, and Unofficial Transcript – View Online. This option is for currently enrolled students. The Fall 2026 calendar lists December 14 at 5 p.m. as the deadline for instructors to submit final grades. Check Raiderlink for the grade once it posts.
Choose when to send an official transcript
If you need an official transcript that includes an in-progress term, select Hold for Grades when you order. The Registrar says the hold generally runs until five business days after the grading deadline. Check your academic record first and ask your college dean’s office about missing information.
Start with the instructor if a grade looks wrong
Bring your syllabus and graded work to the instructor. If the issue is unresolved, contact the department chair. Formal appeals are limited to final GPA-bearing letter grades with evidence of prejudice or arbitrary or capricious grading.
If the dispute qualifies after those conversations, file the form and supporting information with the dean of the college offering the course. The filing window runs for 45 calendar days from the start of the next long semester after the term in which you received the grade.
